- Check lights; side, reverse, number plate, fog, brake, indicators, headlights and headlights aim.
- Check cooling systems for leaks and condition of hoses.
- Check anti-freeze strength/coolant strength.
- Check pads/shoes for wear.
- Check disc/drums for wear, cracks, scoring and corrosion.
- Inspect wheel cylinders for leaks and operation.
- Inspect brake calipers for leaks and operation.
- Visually check brake pipes for leaks, chaffing and corrosion.
- Check windscreen wiper condition.
- Top up windscreen washer bottle(s).
- Check battery and charging system.
- Check all tyres for condition and inflation (including spare).
- Check shock absorbers performance.
- Check steering condition.
- Check oil level and report
