This involves the AA visiting every one of our garages to check and audit both the equipment and service levels.
We already employ "mystery shoppers" with hidden cameras to visit our own garages and report back on any areas where we can improve, and we also run an extensive customer feedback scheme.
But the independant assessment by the AA ensures our standards are kept high, which helps to ensure our customers keep coming back.
